Go somewhere else to rent an RV Robbery without a gun. Stealing a deposit for a cleaning fee after we spent 3 hours cleaning it before returning it. Stay away... Overpriced and terrible business practices... Very unethical

This is by far the very best rv/motorhome rental company in Western PA. The entire rental fleet is new and meticulously maintained by an extremely friendly, well run family owned and operated business. I am certain that all of your expectations will be met or exceeded when you rent or purchase an rv from this company. You absolutely cannot go wrong, I promise you will not be disappointed.

We have rented RV's from K Rentals every year over the Memorial Day weekend to go to Hershey Park since 2011 and have been very happy with the vehicles and the folks at K Rentals. After checking in with Geoege, We are always greeted by Jerry, who makes us feel like family. He reviews all the operating procedures with us and answers our questions (which are usually the same every year :-). The kids love the RV and usually count down the days until it comes again. I rented a motor home for a week. We visited them during the planning of our trip and they showed us multiple models before we reserved a vehicle. Our RV was ready to go on pick-up and we got a full orientation / explanation of all systems. The RV was new (7K miles on the odometer) and we had no problems. The fees and mileage allowances were clearly defined in the contract. We cleaned the vehicle before returning and received a full refund of our deposit. I don't have any hesitation to rent from them again.

Below is a copy of an e-mail I sent to FMCA. Gentlemen: While traveling from Knoxville to Pittsburgh, we had a front wheel bearing oil seal failure. I was able to limp in by stopping to add lubricant every 50 miles or so. Upon arrival in West Newton, PA, I ended up contacting K Rentals the RV Store in Jeanette, PA. AMAZING SERVICE!!! Reading the past remarks from past customers makes me really understand how lazy America is! These people complain about cleaning a vehicle you have had for a week or so. I wish they could explain to me how you can mess a car up that bad in a short amount of time that you can't wipe the vehicle down inside and out and sweep? People are also complaining about the security deposit. I have never been to a vacation rental that has not held some sort of security deposit, IT'S THE SAME THING! Like a said people ... read more

Thiefs. This place should be investigated they are so crooked. I am kicking myself for not reading the other reviews before renting from them because I had the EXACT same experience. Scheduled the van . Cash deposit of $350. Rented the van (DVD player did not work) Drove the van (note that there contracts are not unlimited mileage) Washed and swept out the van Brought the van back to have $140 deducted from my deposit. Bad business people. Recently paid $1,750 to rent a RV for six days. Unit was high milage with expected wear and tear. Departure inspection was about 5 minutes (noting existing damages) Return inspection took almost an hour. Owners son was literally on his hands and knees inspecting the carpet. My wife and I had spent about 3 hours cleaning this thing, inside and out. Waste of time as it turns out. They screwed me on my CASH deposit. Very hostile environment. Stay away.

Stealing is a crime but for them it is their business. We spent 3 hours cleaning the RV before returning it and they charged us 275 for fingerprints on the windows. You can do better somewhere else. Unethical thieves.... Should have called the cops.
