Reposting my review back, I pulled off my review as Vogue home representative reached out to me and requested to pull it off and assured that my concerns will be heards and resloved, but the whole motive was to waste my time ans they clearly had no intention of even understading my concerns. I spent $1.6m with these crooks. You will find yourself begging them to do the work once they take your money. You say please and thank-you, and they will reply with a single sentence, single email; after being busy, on-site, at lunch, day off... Quite frankly, iof you have read my reviews, proceed, and then experience the TRUE MEANING OF MISERY, then you deserve it, because I warned you. RUN!!!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very slow builder. Signed tender in 2021 and they finished construction late-2025. Suffered $500,000+ in mortgage holding costs. Happy for you to find me on social media if you wish to discuss further. Getting them to fix their own problems is like pulling teeth. High turnover of staff tells me their workplace isn't a great one, which you'll have to suffer through. If you decide to build with them after reading this then I'm very upset for you. I tried to warn you.
Do not waste your money with this builder. The sales staff promise the world but do not deliver. Quote came in low enough to take a 6k deposit then at tender presentation price jumped up by $160k and they couldn't explain why. Plans were never right. We ask for change on the plan and they would miss what we wanted. Sales person we dealt with wouldn't return emails.
