Update: The site supervisor was my main problem!! He refused to do his due diligence to make the build a nice experience. Refused to level the surrounding areas and now I have to pay for gravel to fill the gaps he created while building. It hurts when you have a new build and you would rather spend on something else! Got my new house on 30/4/2026 and felt Very disappointed with the after-sales service from this builder. Since handover of our brand new house, we have reported multiple defects but have struggled to get proper responses or timely action. One major issue is a very loud noise coming from the bathroom ceiling area during strong wind, which appears related to poor installation or ventilation issues. Do not use this builder as their customer service is worst if your house has defects. They will try hiding the defects on the handover day. Got my house last week and contacted them on the same day. I will make another review with clear photos and details.
This builder has been extremely disappointing in terms of construction progress, workmanship, and after-sales service. The completion of my house was delayed by several months due to their poor management and lack of accountability. After I moved in, multiple quality issues appeared, which should not happen with a newly built home. Unfortunately, their after-sales response has been slow and unhelpful.
