I have a dark brown hsir originally and wanting to change new look and decide to get a rooted blonde hair color. Vivien explained step by step whats process to going to lighter ftom dark brown hair color to platium blonde hair color, And I will need to come in every four weeks at least 3-4 session For hair integrity and safe color transition. I go my natural beaded row hand tied extensions with Vivien and she was amazing! She explained to me what the process of what we were going to be doing beforehand and made sure that I was getting what I wanted. She also colored my hair and did an amazing job with matching the right color for my hair. Very friendly and will definitely be coming back for future hair appointments.
