International Salon is the best waxing salon in Philadelphia! They give great service and they know how to wax the CORRECT way. I've been going to International for over a year now and not once have I had a complaint. They are very friendly and comforting people. They make you feel at home during a not-so at home experience. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a clean and great wax!

I've been going to Emma for two years for Brazilian waxes after originally shopping around at different salons in Philadelphia, and I still think she is the BEST. Aside from the fact that the wax costs half as much as it does anywhere else, the actual waxing process takes less than five minutes! I have to say that the last time I went to the salon was in August, 2010. The reason is because of the traumatically rude customer service. Emma was fast, I must say. I was done in 15 minutes after getting a full leg and a Brazilian wax. My issue was that she talked to me like I was some kind of delinquent child. She gets it honestly because her mother is an even ruder person. She was actually recommended to me by a friend of mine at work. She really could've warned me. Since I don't have to, I won't be going back there.

The owner is so rude, I am amazed she actually has a business that deals with people and the general public. I wouldn't recommend this place, this woman and her nasty attitude to anyone. I would gladly go anywhere else in the city, because I don't think anyone in Philadelphia could ever be as rude as this woman is. Clearly she writes her own reviews that states she is the best, Because if you have half a brain, you would know she is a rude, self-centered, greedy woman. All right girls, we are not expecting to be pampered at this place. Every customer deserves to interact with civilized service providers. However, the grumpy owner of this place tries to straighten out her customers as if they were little girls. Come on! This is totally unacceptable. Never ever go there unless you want to pay to be yelled at. Zero stars from me!!!!

Well today I went to the International Salon for a Brazilian.. Natasha did my service. She was nice, professional and very good at what she does. I would recommend this Salon to anyone who is interested in a Brazilian. And the price was so nice. I give them both (Emma and Natasha) high fives they are good at what they do. It was quick I was literally there getting waxed for about 10-13 mins. great time management ...and when I came upstairs there was a client waiting... They get u in and out quicker then Mickey D's !!)
