The very worst. Terrible workers, worst management I've ever seen in 40 years of real estate. Bathrooms leaks, vent fans don't work, cracks in the floor tile. Ceilings leaking from failure to insulate correctly over vents. Electrical circuits poorly run. HVAC ducts covered. I could post 50 pictures, but two say it all for today
