This is an awesome shop! If your doing IMLOU make sure you get in on one one of their group rides on the course! Great service, super friendly and willing to share their knowledge of the course.
Grateful this shop was more than about making a sale, but supporting their bike community. I drove in from out of state to join them for a group ride of the Ironman course and they made me feel important and wanted my experience in their bike community to be a good one. They also explained the nutrition options they sell and serviced my bike while I went for a short run after my long ride. Their entire staff was helpful and friendly. I'm so grateful!!
As a relatively new cyclist it can be intimidating to enter a bike shop and feel comfortable discussing most everything, add to that the female anatomy in a relatively male dominated sport and things can get really tricky. The guys in this shop not only relieved me of my nerves about being new and having absolutely zero knowledge of my new TT bike but they also made me feel like I belonged in this world of athletes. Hands down the best shop I've ever been in!
Thanks to Joe, Rachel and Todd for all your help! As a newbie, I had a lot of questions and need some extra attention. These guys took great care of me and hooked me up with ALL the gear I needed to get riding. They were incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire process. "Their reputation in the community is second to none. I'll definitely be back for parts (and another bike soon)!
This was my first time in VO2 Multisport. I dropped off my Trek Madone 6 series to get a full teardown. New chain, new cables, new bar tape, lubed all bearings. I road it today and everything was awesome. It was completed on time and was also about $75 LESS expensive than similar annual work I have had done at another bike shop. Thanks VO2 Multisport.
