The team is amazing. Wonderful communication and outstanding care!
We had a good experience here in our brief use of their services. The nurse in charge of my moms care Brooke was so caring and kind, and the OT and PT therapists were gentle and amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom before she passed.
Absolutely the worst service. They simply stopped coming after the intake visit and one visit where I called for assistance. In that case no one would answer the phone and I had to track down the nurse myself. There were two calls to my husband's phone (he had a trach and could not talk - they were repeatedly told to call my phone) and no follow up.
