If I could leave 0 stars that would be my rating. This company was suggested by a board and care owner, and after having to remove my loved one from that board and care for service failures, I can understand how they thought this was a good company. They absolutely are not. I have had to beg this company for updates about my loved one, beg for follow up, beg for services, beg for communication, beg for CARE. VNA Cares Hospice is as advertised- they provided excellent communication, and services as my Mother was passing. I would highly recommend their care for yourself or your loved ones. They were all very patient, knowledgeable, and most of all caring
