The schedulers are horrible, they don’t inform the client of changes in their schedule. But we are required to inform them of our schedule changes. Once you get someone most have been very caring. Just don’t get attached to them, it will change.
My first experience with VNA has been great. I have an RN an Occupational Therapist and a Physical Therapist. I could not be happier with my team. They are wonderful people that truly care. Thank you to all 3! I couldn't do anything without them. Marty, Darian and Jeff! love you all. Thanks for your help. ❤ ❤ ❤
