Right at Home offers compassionate service for seniors who need extra support. Wendy's energy and passion is heart-warming, and she is such an encouragement!
As a former employee here I highly suggest not going through this “care” facility they do not train employees for the client care that is needed. Clients are not happy with the company most of the time and discontinue service in the first couple of months. I and others were not pleased with how the communication and care services are performed. This is a company that truly cares about families, clients and providing quality services. The Owners, Wendy and TJ are very hands-on, Phenomenal people that have high expectations. I would highly recommend this organization.
We use Right at Home for a family member and they have given us great peace of mind. It has been a difficult situation but TJ, Nathan, Melanie from the front office and all the caregivers have been outstanding. . Right at Home offers specialized training for clients with Dementia, and it shows. Our family member raves about them when they leave, always saying how NICE they are. She has called their care "exceptional” and she considers them her friends. SO Thankful to have found Right at Home. Those are my quick thoughts.
