RIght at Home provided the most incredible caregiving team for my dad. The primary person was Christina, who is so incredible. She quickly learned my dad's preferences, kept me informed, and truly became his best friend. In the rare event she wasnt available, the agency immediately found backup. They made my dad's final year of life easy for him.
Right at Home offers compassionate service for seniors who need extra support. Wendy's energy and passion is heart-warming, and she is such an encouragement!
As a former employee here I highly suggest not going through this “care” facility they do not train employees for the client care that is needed. Clients are not happy with the company most of the time and discontinue service in the first couple of months. I and others were not pleased with how the communication and care services are performed. This is a company that truly cares about families, clients and providing quality services. The Owners, Wendy and TJ are very hands-on, Phenomenal people that have high expectations. I would highly recommend this organization.
