I am a former Right At Home employee. I worked for them for over 10 years, through three separate owners. I recently needed a past employment verification from them and found out how little my employment mattered to them. They only had a record of me working for two years for them. Horrible service by one of your caregivers named Alicia. She is rude, arrogant, and makes up things. Most recently she stole my mother's brooch. This was a family heirloom. I would not trust this woman is or out of your home. My mom would be in much better in the care of someone else, but unfortunately I cannot change this!

Right at home has been incredible dealing with sudden, frequent changes of the schedule of care they are providing for my family member. Unfortunately, due to that need to change so frequently we haven’t always been able to receive consistent caregivers but, as time has gone on and things are getting straightened in regards to the care needs we have, they have continued to strive to ensure caregivers are available and show up when needed most.
