Nurses are unprofessional and make Med errors.. wouldn't recommend them to anyone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Called 911 as I couldn't breathe, COPD patient rush by ambulance. After spending 2 days in ICU at UMass Worcester, with pneumonia then 8 more days in hospital I came home on a Saturday and they appeared on the scene on the following Monday I must say they all we GREAT !! From Mike or Mark who set me up with a tablet which monitored my vitals daily and sent to them. Just recovering from knee replacement surgery. Barbara came out for the first initial PT / paperwork session. Barbara was polite , professional and a good listener. The remaining visits the PT person was Sharon. Sharon skills, thoroughness , care and attention to detail are impressive and appreciated. B & K ( Sturbridge)

I lost my husband 3 weeks ago. The experience I had with the VNA hospice and Palliative care w as extremely professional with a lot of compassion. Nurse mandy a no nonsense kind of gal , loved her right away. she ordered meds,supplies right away. bed arrived on time. when transferring my husband to hospice bed mandy talk with respect and care to him.
