worst care ever!! nurses always had an excuse not to come out when we called .
They took great care of my grandfather during his home health care from wound care to physical therapy. When he was switched to hospice they had everything at the house when he was returned home, all his meds and oxygen. They were quick on getting more stuff out to us as he needed it. When he passed, the RN that came out was very supportive and helpful. We were super pleased with their services.
Despite a doctor's order, the VNA Palm Desert never returned my calls. Horrible communication. Their brochure was full of typos and sentences that couldn't be understood. Very unprofessional. I volunteered with VNA years ago. This is not the same organization. We're going with Serenity Hospice now.
