Excellent property management.
Very unprofessional. Stephanie is now refusing to send any vendors to me because i complained about the subpar work done previously. Second burst pipe in two years and calls it “an act of god” not her complete mismanagement. Nepotism at its worst. Well, the reply that I got was a complete fabrication because I didn’t threaten anybody. I never even spoke to you. You wrote me this afternoon telling me to get estimates, which I am working on.
