I would like to thank the VMR rescue volunteers for their service on Saturday night. They rescued our boat with two passengers and got us back safely to the boat ramp. Very much appreciated! Thanks Bill and team .
Dad and myself are both relatively inexperienced fishing and boating enthusiasts. You can imagine how we got a bit nervous when our boat decided to break down in the middle of the sea! Luckily, VMR Raby Bay came to our rescue. Gary on the phone was particularly patient with us - we gave him the wrong rego, the wrong hull colour, the wrong coordinates.
