This is seriously the worst business I have ever dealt with. Don’t and I mean don’t allow this company to tow your car. You may never see it again. Veronica who owns the tow truck (V Mount Towing) just happened to be at the scene of the accident after it happened. She offered her towing company using predatory towing tactics which is illegal in California. She took advantage of us during this vulnerable time.
