We spoke in person and asked "are you cleaning the hood and the filters?" The gentleman said "yes, of course". Of course the job was incomplete as they just put the dirty filters on our clean prep table and said "no we don't do that anymore". $725 for an incomplete job? After calling the office, they slipped $100 under our mat for compensation. Horrible Horrible Service Beware.. These guys are crooks! Avoid at all costs…. Came in to my office and told me I needed all new sprinklers and all I needed was a $5 cover! Attempted to bill me for thousands of dollars. They have a cheap inspection fee but they try to get you for other stuff that’s not needed! They charge a diagnostic fees for repair where they don’t really diagnose. Attempted to resolve issue with Victor I asked him specifically what is wrong with the valve and he told we need a new one.
