My mom has been trying to get her teeth for almost a whole year! Each time, they have something to say, "it doesn't fit right," "we need to re-measure,"and "the lab will let is know." She has been suffering and not able to eat without pain due to her procedures and old dentures. She was told so many times they would be complete. However, she has always been disappointed, and now she's depressed! We just left the office just for them to give the same excuse again! absolutely horrible experience. bad staff and doctor. doctor did not even properly check the X-rays to see what was going on with my teeth. After he had cut in between my teeth proceeds to tell me that it will be a 5k charge. I went at 2pm and didn’t leave till 5pm due to the doctor and staff going in and out of the room mid procedure. Leaving me in pain. Very unprofessional staff and doctor . Confused and didn’t know what they are doing!!!
I have been going to Dr Sharma for over 5 years , I received 3 dental implants and had no pain . A good dentist that wants the best overall lasting treatment. I recommend this dental office .
