This is my second experience with VLRV. Both have been excellent. Very prompt, professional, and personable. This visit was to fix a broken slide. BAL did not have replacement parts but did have upgraded motor. Austin and Chris were very knowledgeable about the system and upgrade procedures. They did a great job and in just a few hours had a very complex job complete.
We have used them a couple times. We had a drive go bad on a slide. They were there when they said, very quick to repair and made sure it was right. Labor rates are comparable to others.
Dallas came and found a loose wire on our hot water heater. He was courteous and was done in a short amount of time. Thank you LVRV Services for sending him out.
I have recently relocated to Saluda North Carolina from Savannah, Georgia and I'm living in a campground until my house sells there. My camper had set for 4 years before I brought it up here and when I brought it I could not get the propane to work so I did not have any hot water, could not use my stove top and could not use my furnace for heat. We recently requested service for a black tank issue. Thankfully, it was an issue with the drainage pipe and not the black tank itself. Our technician, Dallas, arrived on time and worked tirelessly to fix the issue. He was courteous, polite and professional. We were pleased with the work that was done and Dallas is the best. We will not hesitate to call VLRV when we need service again.
