In from out of town Had some brake issues Shae was able to take a look at my bike right away and got things sorted out quickly Super nice and knowledgeable

I am so happy that the repair shop at VeloCity is still open!! Shea did a fantastic job fixing a squeaky drivetrain on my wife's Specialized e-bike. A very quick turnaround at a fair price.
I got hit by a pickup on an evening ride on August 1, and Shea took my bike in to see what he could save. With his TLC he was able to rescue the Roval wheels and got them fitted out so I could use them on my replacement ride. Huge relief. These guys are pros!
