I recently broke down on the highway while traveling 5 hours for a wedding. Unfortunately, I had my car towed to the dealer where after speaking to the service manager and explaining my need to have expedited service, they call at 4:59 on Friday night to tell me they couldn't look at it until Monday! I had no resources for recommendations other than the internet. I found Vlad and he agreed to remove the car from the dealers lot and fix it on Saturday!
