I was charged $45~ to get my kitty’s claws trimmed. They just nonchalantly asked “would you like for us to trim her nails?” They should disclose that it is not free. I don’t know if this is the norm at other vets but it left a bitter taste in my mouth. BTW I called to get this addressed and they shrugged me off and nothing happened. Thanks, great vet!
They were very friendly and had quick availability. I thought they were incredibly reasonable with their pricing and even trimmed my dogs nails while she was getting surgery. All around a good experience. Definitely will be bringing my pets back here.
Brought my pup in for a consultation for an OSS and was very happy with the care and information we recieved. Dr Nobrega was relaxed with our nervous pup and she seems to share our natural pet care philosophy. The cost was much more reasonable than I expected. We will continue to use Aerowood and specifically Dr Nobrega.
Really expensive vet, convenient, but wow. I got a deal where my first visit was free, but I believe it’s normally $60. They’re good with my skittish dog’s nails, but I eventually learned how to trim them myself. It’s expensive, at $42 for all toes, and I can’t justify bringing him in every couple weeks and paying that much. Also, for the first visit, the assistant seemed confused with how to handle him, and he fell off the table. He’s a little guy and luckily wasn’t hurt, but I feel like they should be more careful.
