They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. All the advice they gave me was completely unbiased. They didn't try to force their opinions on me, and gave me genuine advice that was in my best interest.
