Always nice. My kids love the doctors so do I.. We always can get in quick. Good timing, not ever in office waiting for long period of time. Just the nicest doctors and staff.
Our whole family has been going to Vlad's for generations and generations--couldn't say enough good things about this family and the amazing people who work there. Only place we will ever go.
Can never get an appointment no one calls you back they schedule you two months in advance and then cancel on you all the damn time. Always just keep saying wait and see when you have questions. Got blamed for my child not growing like he should. Then this vindictive place sends me a bill 4 months after the fact claiming we didn't have insurance at the time. But the bill was issued and sent the day I said I wouldn't be using them anymore. What a coincidence
