On Thursday morning 9/11, I had a stone get into the tube that causes severe pain. Only had 1 pain pill left, so called Friday morning at 8:30 and left message that I needed a refill. Nothing was ever called in, tried again on Monday, still no help. Third call left message with nurse(can't get person on phone), and pleaded for at least a call back. Once again nothing.
