I'm replying to the Owner: If i call, who do I ask for? What's your name? I came into the salon on Thursday, July 10, at around 4 PM. I asked for a fill. The place had no clients. They asked me to sit on the last table. The technician who helped me was an older man who seemed experienced. He worked fast, and his technique for filing and shaping was actually very good. Horrible Customer Service! Nail Tech did not do nails as asked and was very rude and kept pulling on my hand and getting frustrated when I couldn't put my arm in position he wanted. I feel I was Overcharged, most I have ever paid for Nails. I will Never go in to this Nail Salon Again.
