This is my second time here. First time. Great experience. This time. I had a lady called lily take over at the last minute and my toenails were horrible at the end. Doesn’t even look freshly done. Just rushed. When I tried to explain to her she was so defensive. I really hate that these nail shops are no longer interested in returning customers.

They overcharge and don’t even do a good job anymore, 2 years ago I would’ve put 5 stars. Don’t come here. Each nail will be a different design.

I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure about a week ago, and within a few days the polish started snagging and lifting from my nail bed. I went back to have it fixed, and while they did repair one nail, the overall experience was disappointing. Instead of fully addressing the issue, they made excuses and tried to upsell me. I still tipped for the fix, but I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and know this was a poor application. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

The older gentleman did my gel manicure for my daughter's wedding. He cut me while trimming one of my cuticles. He was very apologetic, which I appreciate, but it's unacceptable. I didn't flinch or move that may have contributed to it. No apology from owner. Avoid this technician, and perhaps this salon.
