Have been here a few times since moving here, each time complaining of sinus infection and/or ear pressure. Yesterday, I went in having been sick for a week and presented with the same symptoms as every other visit and needed to get some relief before I get on a plane Sunday, but no diagnosis because I didn’t have green or yellow mucus. Last month, I went there for the first and last time! I was seeking help with the whooping cough, which I never have had. Dr. Santos prescribed an antibiotic to kill off the infection, but warned me that the antibiotic would not help with my cough. So, he gave me a 10 Day script for coughing pills. At no time did he warn me that the coughing script was woefully inadequate and that I would need to return for a refill or schedule an appt with my PCP for a refill. I've been here twice for my child and it was awesome both times. The staff is friendly and they got us back right away. Samantha and Dr Jeff are the best! I WISH they would have Dr Jeff as the pediatrician in the primary care side! Super great with my daughter!
I went here with fever, chills, congestion, and aches because they were the only place open at the time. Although the place was clean and the people friendly, there are underlying problems. The nurse that took my vitals wasn't wearing a mask, and I asked if she had one that I could wear to keep her from catching whatever I had. She seemed unconcerned but gave me one anyway. The sphygmomanometer wouldn't work when she tried to take my blood pressure, and they apparently don't have a backup, so my blood pressure wasn't recorde... read more
