NOT RECEOMMENDED! You have a 50/50 chance of getting a good product. If you're like me and worked hard for your money I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I purchased 5 glass doors (via my Contractor & local supplier) 2-8' tall & 3-6' tall for my new build. The doors were installed in February 2023, I moved in September 2023. Very cheaply made. They could be better but they won't pay for experience. Of course a few people there are somehow makeing 250k a year while they don't even want to give their best workers bread crumbs they just want to line their own pockets and do nothing if I win tech is very corrupt

I bought 10 of their best windows about ten years ago and have had problems with them ever since then. At least half of the seals have failed and they have been good about replacing them until now. I had another one fail recently and was charged for the replacement. I would not recommend their products to anyone! I also ask if they were a member of the BBB and they said yes they were. They lied about that because obviously they are not!

06/17/2021 IT IS NOW 356PM AND I CALLED YOUR OFFICE THIS AM AT 941AM AND 952AM LEAVING A MESSAGE FOR CONNIE COCHRAN (MANAGEMENT) TO RETURN MY CALL REGARDING MY WINDOWS. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RETURN CALL. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. YOUR TEAM MEMBERS LIE ABOUT THE ORDERS OR THE ERRORS MADE IN YOUR WAREHOUSE AND SHIPMENT DATES. New construction, ordered windows 03/19/2021. My order was shipped with two windows short which has delayed my entire house as these were double windows on the front of my home. Price's Glass who I placed my ordered with as tirelessly tried working with this company to no avail. This error has caused everything with my new construction to be pushed back. I purchased.10 windows, new construction, in 2020. When winter came these windows leaked cold air strong enough to blow out a candle. We video taped the candle blowout to document the amount of air that was passing through these windows. I called the Viwintech manufacturer and after several transfers got a person and explained my situation. He indicated that he was not familiar with this type of an issue, but would send me "chimney blocks" to stop air leakage. They did not stop the air. I called again and was informed ... read more

I have 8 bay windows or picture windows. I have had 3 separate shipments of windows that have came and had scratches on them or fingerprints within the glass. Over and over again waiting months for replacements. My house was built over a year ago and I am still waiting on a set that isn’t scratched or has a fingerprint within the two pieces. Custer met service has been poor. Service rep said they would update me and failed to do so until my wife or I would contact them. Colin Baker and partner came to my home on Feb 10.2021 to repair a broken lock on my sliding glass door . There very helpful and got the job done in a very timely matter and very professional . They also showed my wife how to take the screens out to clean then. We give the a 5 Stars on a job well done
