I had one of the most pleasant and professional experiences I’ve had in a long time with a service / repair company I called to my home. Chris from Vivs Vent Cleaning showed up prepared and on time. After assessing the situation and listening to my concerns, he cleaned out the vent; however, mentioned I really had no reason to have been concerned, and that my vent was actually quite clean, the dryer was running efficiently and really didn’t require any further maintenance or deeper cleaning than what he did. Vivs vent cleaning is the best! My dryer vent was completely clogged and my vent goes all the way to the roof, which barely anyone services. Chris was absolutely amazing and very professional, and most of all fast! Their prices are great and I would 100% recommend them!
