Very professional, explained what was happening and with honesty told us what was possible to achieve and what not.
Our dryer was having numerous issues for months. Noise - shutting off before drying - and indicating major filter issues. An appliance company came out numerous times and said the issue was not a filter problem and wanted to change out the electrical board. I called Vivs vent cleaning and Mike immediately found the problem. Definitely was a lint issue. Dryer now works with no issues. Mike was very professional, kind and friendly. I definitely recommend Vivs Vent cleaning - for fixes and maintenance!
I highly recommend Vins Dryer Vent Service. Mike came out and showed us the blockage in the dryer vent and the outside tubing. He replaced the flexible outlet and cleaned the system completely. Mike is honest, clean and efficient. Highly recommend.
