Building has some nice updates and amenities with the pool and gym. Management is very responsive and efficient at getting maintenance completed.
Great Place to Live! I’ve really enjoyed living here! The location is super convenient—just minutes from I-26, which makes commuting easy. The mall, movie theater, restaurants, Target, and Walmart are all within a 5-minute drive, which is incredibly convenient. Our apartment manager, Cheryl, is professional, approachable, and always attentive to any concerns. The price and location are good, but it always smells like smoke, people don't pick up after their dogs, you'll hear someone screaming at any time of day, and you'll have to evacuate the place at least twice a month because of the fire alarm going off even at 3am. There are so many cockroaches that it's embarrassing when you have guests. If you're on a tight budget, this is the place for you. Me, as soon as my contract ends, I'll be gone :).
The cons out weigh the pros. The property manager is nice but that will only get you so far. They have sprayed my units countless of times and despite keeping it clean always has roaches i come home every day with my can of raid and go to town. When the place isn't flooded it's on fire. The price was worth it at first but now I could rent somewhere else for the same price with way less issues. Also good luck sleeping you will hear people at all hours of the night.
