Everyone is profession and friendly. Excellent facility. I’m here twice per year for almost 5 years. Staff may change over time but whoever is here, they have always been friendly and professional. Nursing staff are competent and reassuring. Facility offers comfortable chairs, Internet access, snacks if you want them, and an all around welcoming setting.
Shannon and the rest of the staff give exceptional care. They go beyond, making what could be an emotional experience, very calming and positive. I am very greatful for them.
