Everyone was professional, polite, everything was fully explained to me including the change in medication having been done by Humana Insurance. It was a pleasant experience for me with no side effects. I highly recommend VIVO Infusion in Cedar Hill, Texas.
The staff was very friendly from the time I walked into the office. I got an infusion and was very pleased. The nurse was able to catch a vein on the first try which is a great accomplishment with my rolling veins.

First infusion for me. Very friendly staff and very efficient. Was a bit apprehensive about the whole diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and treatment but everyone made me feel at ease. Long road ahead for these infusions but ready to face what’s been given to slow the decline.
