Vivint has the worst customer service. Tried to call and speak to a manager and just got transferred to different associates that couldn't help me. We got stuck with a $54,000 bill because they never fixed the problem we had. The representative that came to our house promised that we will get 6 months free that never happened. Lied about monthly payments. We ended up paying a tru up of $1600. Who has that money to pay . It's just sad that I let this person into my house that promised a lot. Great job great look I wish they would have used the more efficient solar panels and they left top one vent cap that I had to retrieve from the neighbor's yard. It looks great and there were here and done in one day
Worst experience in my life. 4 months to turn on after install. I have requested 5 times to have a manager call me and never received a call. My trueup when we started was $200 now it’s $950. I wanted them to remove the panels but couldn’t figure out how to do this. I will never recommend or do business with them ever again for solar or alarm.
Terrible service I bought my house 2 months ago and the solar panel not working I call Chris and he never answer I don’t recommend this company
Its been over 4 months since we moved into the house. Was working with a Chris Green. Never met the guy, which is understandable due to COVID. However, since we signed all relevant paperwork on May 24, 2021, our Solar Panels are still not "turned on" or "producing". After trying to get ahold of customer service, and speak to any authoritative parties to get this resolved I just get ignored.
