This is the worst solar company ever!!! They will sit there and lie to your face and tell oh yeah if your lights go out your panels will kick in. Uh yeah right!!! Guess what they never mentioned we needed a battery. Now we’re stuck with panels for 25 years!!!! And I asked all the questions that needed to be asked!! So much for hurricane season and having power. Nope!!! Plus you won’t get your tax deduction or whatever they call it. When you apply they’ll tell you don’t qualify!!! Panels were installed in my home on May 28th. It's been over 4 months, and they still have not been turned on. I ended up having to continue with Duke energy all summer long. It's frustrating because their customer service department can't really answer any of my questions as far as a timeline or why it has taken so long. All I can tell is they don't seem to be very good with their paperwork and administrative services. They had to retake pictures of the installation.
