A lot of technicians have strong accents and are a bit difficult to understand.
I've been a Vivint customer for many years. I moved in 2019 and moved parts of my system without any problems. In May of 2023 I moved again and brought all of my equipment with me. I had only existing equipment installed at new residence however I was billed for 1400 of new equipment that I never received. After 7 months of going back and forth with Vivint, all initiated by me, they have yet to completely resolve the issue. Horrible customer service! I called again yesterday due to a offer I received from my last inquiry. The agent named Angel was horribly rude and disrespectful. He then hung up on me. I would not refer a dog to this company.
I submitted the paperwork to cancel my account in May and received a confirmation email from them June 2nd. However, theh never processed my paperwork as I started receiving texts and emails saying my account had a balance. I removed my card information from their system when initially sent the cancellation paperwork because I had a feeling they were going to mess something up. I love many of the aspects of my new system. But the one huge flaw is that you cannot add keypads/alarm sirens in one system they make you buy and pay additional monthly monitoring fees. Really crazy and not in keeping with all their competition.
