Vivint customer service fixed all issues with my system. Works perfectly.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Absolutely the worst company! The minute you sign, even if you call within 2 days later you’re locked into a long and expensive contract they will NEVER EVER let you out of the contract. They will do a piss poor job doing the install. the idiots who hung my cameras were on their cell phones the entire time. they were here and hung my cameras crooked. A sales person talked me into getting vivint, was not forthcoming about the cost, claimed my first three months would be paid by them, they were not, convinced me I had to get one of the glass break monitors, it fell off the wall within hours of installation and doesn’t even work, I didn’t even want it but now I’m being charged for a product that doesn’t function and I didn’t ask for. Big mistake letting the sales person talk me into switching from ADT to Vivent. It is offline much of the time, the doorbell doesn't work, so wasted a day waiting for city inspector to come verify the wiring, but didn't hear the doorbell as the system is mostly offline. App rarely works, and overall this system is a major headache. Getting rid of it as soon as I can.
Aggressive solicitors that don't respect "no soliciting" signs or leave when you tell them you're not interested. Not a good business model
