I wish I could leave this review without even giving them one star!! Nothing but a scam!! Stay far away from this company, they try to scam you out of money, and have some of the worst customer service. If you don’t like being robbed stay away!!!!
Stealing people's money. I tried to cancel my service 2 years ago and they said I had to keep paying for it. 2 years later I call to cancel and they say it will take 30 days and I will still receive another bill, even though I haven't used this service AT ALL since 2021. Definitely stealing people's money. Don't sign up for this service.
I got scammed AGAIN BY VIVINT … sales representative call me up, Try to give me a good deal, convinces me to buy new equipment….. but the problem now is my original panel is not compatible with the new equipment. I’m assuming this is something they should know, but if you’re trying to scam people. I guess it’s a good hustle. They want me to pay an additional hundred dollars for a wire or a program that the installer did not install when he came the first……. Where is the ZERO stars? This company does not deserve any stars! They lie about everything just to get you in a contract that was never disclosed during the call. I've had Vivint for over 6 years and I've had a house break in, multiple car break ins and a car stolen out my yard. This company is worthless. Stay far away!!
The cameras would work beautiful for a few months then would just go offline on there own constantly you would call they send a technician the technician would fix the problem then a few more months go by the same problem occur again
