Absolutely stay away from this company. All of there equipment is the worst and overpriced. If your going to buy pricey equipment at least get something that's 4K or better so you'll have evidence that's capable to stand in court.
I have had Vivent for a number of years. I have not been happy with the system since I purchased it from Best Buy. I called for help today and had 2 Indians reps and I could not understand them. Furthermore, they tried to sell me a contract for repairs. All I want is for someone to help me turn a tornado warning sound off since the time of the alert has passed. I am reaching out today in regards to wishing to discontinue my services with vivint as the service has not been good since I started using the services. I spoke to Joy and she was explaining since i have not paid off my citizens loan for the service that I must pay both the loan and an additional termination fee for cancelling my service with the company.
