Vivint company sold me bad equipment, damaged my home while installing, made several technician appointments to come out to see what’s wrong with the equipment, but they never show, and they never call. They installed equipment I didn’t need even though I told the tech. I returned the equipment but they can’t refund me and they didn’t return it back to me.
