Worst in business.
The Vivint Security people are rude and harassing people in the Mount Vernon area to scam them!! My mother told me that TWO men came banging on the door, asking why we're not interested in Vivint. She nicely said that she's not interested. Only to have them BANG ON THE DOOR SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES. Beware as they are all throughout the Mount Vernon area.
horrible customer service, once they install you can never get them back. the technician wrongly installed a sensor and they asked if i had glue in the house to try and fix, go somewhere else before the money grab gets you.
Worst company out there. Sales people lie to get you to get the system. Mine was “Eddie” told me a month trial if i don't like the system i could cancel off. System didn't work two days after and now i cant cancel. Have to stay paying 5 years for something thats doesn’t even work. They A absolute scamming company. They make it any way possible to force you to keep the system.
