I had an appointment with Sydney last Saturday to receive a cut & color. What I received was NO WHERE near my inspo picture, not to mention how much of a disaster my hair turned out to be in general after her work!!!! My hair was uneven, choppy, blotchy, orange, chunks of colors here and there- just absolutely terrible work done! There was no way she did not notice this while styling my hair! I have been seeing Tashery for a year and a half. She nails my color vision every 👏 single 👏 time 🙌. She is so talented, sweet, and continuously furthering her education to make us look our best. The staff at Vivid are all so kind, the salon is clean, and they are dedicated to keeping us both safe and beautiful 🥰. I just want to say how wonderful this place is. Terri goes above and beyond every time. She is amazing and beautiful and can work/wear any hairstyle so beautifully. I rarely get my hair done until 2 years ago I was brave and she was the 1st professional to do anything to my hair. I just went back on Monday and Terri outdid herself yet again! my hair is now ruined after getting it cut by Terri last week. I appreciate that I was given a refund but it does not fix the damage done. She did the exact opposite of everything I asked her to. She beach waved it for me the next day but all that really does is hide just how awful of a cut it is. i spent 4 years growing it out and now I am going to have to have even more cut off to try to correct what she did. she claims she only took an inch and a half off but before and after pics show it is clearly more like 4. she is sc... read more

I usually go in to Amy B. (Whom I love!) but needed to get in at the last minute so I met Leslie. She did a phenomenal job with my hair. Now I know I have two extremely talented stylists at the same salon. Win win in my book!
