When I made this appt I described my entire hair process with the receptionist, however when i came in Shelby said "you were booked for an all over color & partial highlight, I don't have time to do this before we close at 8:00". I had a great haircut until the stylist went back home and I went to Lori at Vivid salon. She doesn't have any interest in doing good job. She doesn't listen or care what maybe an attractive hair cut. More interested in the conservation in the surroundings. I would not recommend going to Vivid Salon.
Love Vivid Salon!!! Recently new to area & needed to find a local salon. I have been thrilled to find Vivid and my wonderful stylist and brow specialist!!! Love them both and would recommend them to everyone!
