George is fantastic. He is informative, patient, and not in any way pushy. The booking process was super easy, again thanks to George’s communicativeness. The pricing is very fair and there is no pressure to book in large packages (though that can be a big money saver!) I’ve been wanting to remove a tattoo for nearly 30 years…but have always hemmed and hawed. I was nervous about the process, and quite frankly the pain. The pain was SO minimal. First off I wanna say GEORGE PAUL is the man at Vivid Cosmetics! I had my first laser tattoo removal session today and let me tell you, I don’t think my appointment could have gone any smoother I was so fascinated with the process ! This man is awesome very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and has the most reasonable prices in town. George and Heather are very friendly people and they make you feel right at home! I have no idea where to start, except I was pleasantly surprised. I went for a consult with George. He explained everything to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. When I went in, I had no plans to get my brows zapped that same day. I had plans to go out that night and I was concerned about pain and how they would look. The service was quick and no pain.
