Syeda was a very kind, friendly and approachable teacher, and she taught very well and patiently. I really liked her. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that when I arrived here, I found out that this was not a CPR class but an BLS class. I hope the staff could have been more careful when arranging things. The five-star rating is for the teacher.
Emailed me a at 10 pm the day before the test, requesting location change. said it would take 15 min, it took 1 hour to complete. Did not ask me what mask my university required, even though i wrote it down. ONLY 1 kind of mask was available at the site, N95 industrial. Overall lack of communication, order and unprofessional. The instructor was nice, even though he had too much going on! better off at another company. i called them 3 times and no answer
