I'm a retailer, my customers love the vivica wigs and the Brazilian hair.
The parent company of Vivica A Fox hair is Amekor. Their customer service is the worst and they do not value their retail partners. Their President has consistently avoided our phone calls and request for explanation as to why our vendor orders with them take over 48 hrs to process. The Korean owners and management place no value in customer service. Very inefficient
So disappointed in the Puffy Ponytail I purchased today. I bought one of another brand several months ago and I should have stayed with that brand. The Vivica Fox brand was smaller than the one I should have gotten. It wasn't as full and it wasn't as soft. It can not be returned and that's the only reason I will wear it.
Sucks lasted 3 hours 😡Waste of my money Wig sheds like someone put hair removal on it
