I bought a home with a Trane furnace installed by a dealer other than Viviano. It appears now there were missteps on install that over time led to malfunctions of the furnace. I used that original company when I bought this house, but they appeared to be neither well trained or knowledgeable about HVAC units at all. Which is pretty scary! Called for emergency service on 102 degree day, after hours. ***** came within two hours and got my air up and running. Friendly and efficient service. I would definitely use them again.
