Dr. Tran is a wonderful dentist, never has she ever scammed me, and I pay for what I wanted at a reasonable price. This office is nothing but a five star review, it is simple and cozy. The environment is safe and Dr. Tran is nothing less than a peach. She has never charged my card and has never covered up anything. Very professional and caring, teaching us good oral hygiene, and great with everyone. My kids are never afraid of going to her for a simple cleaning!
Dr.Tran is caring, caring and very gentle. She explains everything she’s doing thoroughly, which calms my anxieties, and gives the most painless shots. She is very conservative and educates her patients on oral care and prevention. Dr.Tran is who you should see if you are looking for a caring, gentle and honest dentist!
She is an insurance scammer. She will charge your credit card when she should be sending the claim to the insurance co. Why? Because she can get more money from the patient than she can from the insurer. Dr. Tran did a routine cleaning on my teeth but WAY overcharged me. When I followed up, I discovered she never submitted any claim and when she was forced to, she falsified her dental records to cover herself for charging me for something I had not had done.
