Vivian is a very friendly, knowledgeable real estate agent. She was quick to communicate and answer questions (even late at night) and good at providing encouragement, reassurance, and perspective throughout the home-buying process. I also appreciated her sense of humor -- maintaining a sense of levity can be important on those weekends where you go and see a million weird/funky houses!
