Can you give zero stars??? Decided to give them another chance, massive mistake. This is the absolute, worst nail salon ever. Came in to get my power dip removed and have acrylic overlay done and the nail technician cut all my nails off after I told him only cut them a little shorter. I didn’t get any services after this any they even charged me for this. Extremely disappointing that people can’t listen and you can’t get good service. Such a terrible nail salon. Go somewhere else.

I would give less than one star if possible. The absolute rudest service I have ever received. When I walked in it was like no one wanted to wait on me. The lady that did do my nails was so rude and acting like a child. Not speaking or communicating at all except to say "go wash" and "there you go" when she was finished. I have gone there 3 times in the past couple of months and the gentleman that does my nails is friendly and polite and treats you not like a bother. This lady took the cake. Just left from here and the man was extremely rude that did my nails. I got a pedicure first and he went to take my polish off of my nails, and I told him I wanted them cut down so he made them square even though that was not the shape my nails were when I walked (oval) in and then once he cut them and told me, they were too short to make them oval when they’re clearly not. I ended up telling him to get off my nails I paid, didn’t tip, and left. I will never be back because of his poor attitude.

Not a huge fan of the acetone bowls with marbles dries My hands and nails out makes my nails brittle. Couldn't understand what I was asking for and perform a simple ombre, so I had to go with the solid color and it wasn't even the color I picked out compared to their samples. No bedside manner. Not a comfortable environment. I didn't see any clean tools. I personally won't be going back.
