I had the best pedicure today with Susan at Vivi Nails! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole experience so comfortable. She paid attention to every detail and my feet look and feel like brand new. If you’re booking a pedicure, definitely request Susan — she’s wonderful!
The worst experience of my life. Had an appointment , came in was told to sit and the back someone would be with me, waited for 15 minutes in come a walk in she was told to sit in the back where I was sitting and someone came to help her within a minute. The most unorganized place I’ve ever seen. Will never go back and advise anyone else not to got.
Susan is the best! Very efficient! Listens to what I want and executes every time!!! Very detailed and patient. Love that she is close to home. And serves wine (in a fancy glass)! Book with her today!
I went to place on 1/5/26 to get a pedicure and toes polish got home the polish came off my 2 large toes so I call and made a compliant so the front desk clerk ask me to come back on today which is 1/6/26 the same lady did my toenails and the same thing happen again one toe the polish came off I don't no what this woman is doing she not a good technician she not friendly a at all look like she doesn't care I felt a little racism in there so she didn't even put a dryer over my feet's on yesterday just let me sit back to air d... read more
