I have been coming here for all my life, I started coming with my mom when I was young and have continued for the past 20 plus years. I always feel they try their best to give me the Design I ask for (even when my fingers are a lot smaller than the picture) and they are always kind and professional. I’ve been coming here for YEARS! I’m a woman of color. I LOVE vivis! I cons religiously every two weeks they’re THE FURTHEST from racist. I recommend 10/10.
If you're Black you must book an appointment to be respected at this establishment. And even THAT is iffy... My mother & I had already been seated for TWENTY minutes (even have proof!) waiting for service after asking for mani-pedis. But two other women (who aren't Black) walked in and they were invited to be serviced near immediately. My mother & I were seated patiently and politely so the only reason I can fathom for ignoring us is that they're racist because not only did those girls NOT have appointments but another Black... read more
