Nick and his team are extremely professional and service oriented. We had a party of 12 which included two 90 year olds and a physically and mentally challenged 26 year old. They were patient and extremely helpful in getting us on and off the large pontoon boat. While we had an experiences boater to drive, he was very impressed by the details that were conveyed to insure there would be no problems during our rental period. I highly recommend Vivi E Basta for all your water recreational needs.
Rented 2 boats. Great customer service. Gave us 2 coolers with ice. Next day we swung by for more ice and gas refills. Easy to work with on rental. Best part is we didn’t have to drop off the boats. We just tied them up to the dock at our rental and headed to the track. They came by in the am to pick up
The boat was fine and the lake was perfect. The people running the business were awesome!
