Can’t get anyone to respond to a request. Especially the dental clinic. Very poor customer service.
I owe all my thanks and praise to Vivent Health today. I am not even sure that I have had any problems with the clinic or the pantry since I began attending last year. I am always greeted with a smile, professionalism from all departments, and the pantry has helped immensely to keep me happy and healthy during a particularly tough year for me. God bless all staff! I thank you all for your time, intelligence, and gracious hearts. You make my day everyday I come to seek your services!
My one and only issue is a particular worker or "volunteer" who's been working in the food pantry for years. Her name is LODDIE, maybe I'm not spelling her name correctly but she has always been rude, inconsiderate, and highly unprofessional. She was 1st at the ARCW pantry on Plankington. Every experience with her seems dreadful. It's like we as patients are bothering her. She never has a kind word to say and always a chip on her shoulder.
